Premier Service Company is a full service electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing and alarm contractor serving the commercial, industrial, and residential markets of West Alabama. Starting in 1992, owners Gary Phillips and Bill Rice have taken a one truck service company and turned it into a family owned business that employs over 150 people. Premier not only keeps you safe and comfortable at home but we are also part of the ever growing new construction in and around Tuscaloosa.

    We needed someone to look at garbage disposal. Called Premier and the rep was very nice and scheduled us very quickly. The guys arrived and were very courteous and went right to work and corrected our issue very quickly. Everyone we encountered represented the Company very well and we will call Premier with any future issues.

    This is a first class organization they not only take care of your issue but they treat you with tremendous respect and courtesy from the first call until they finish the job. Adam, Evan took care of things in a timely and professional manner even the HVAC Manager Mr David Jones came out to lend a hand. I thought that I knew a little something about how a heat pump works but I was blown away by how detailed his explanation was and thanked him for giving me a free lesson. You could really tell that they loved their jobs and that is a very rare thing these days.
