Then she said I was being rude for asking her to do that? They are very unprofessional and do not care about wasting your time apparently? And the manger is not helpful at all.

Nobody showed on either day. We called Thursday to inquire if anyone would be coming. The person who answered said someone would be there. But couldn't give us a time frame No one ever showed. I called the next day on Friday to check the status of our appointment. I called several times that morning and no one answered. Not a professional outfit. Seemingly litte care given to providing good customer service.

- KWKevin WeslockSep 21, 20221.0Initial contact with Hicks Plumbing was encouraging, the person that answered the phone was able to give me an estimate and schedule a technician to come two days later with an 8am-12pm appointment slot. On the day of the appointment I drove out from B-ham and waited, . . . and waited. At 10:30 I called Hicks Plumbing and was told the office would check and put me on hold. After 10 minutes on hold I was disconnected. At 12:30 a woman with a crying baby answered and told be she would check on ETA. After a few minutes on hold she said she would have to call me back. At 3:00pm I called again and after several times on hold they told me they did not have a work order for my job! I cannot recommend this business after this level of unprofessional communication.
