  Nice guys and had the exact part in stock that no one else had! Highly recommend! TLDR: Decided to do a DIY project. Our bathtub was dripping so I took out the cartridge and bought another at a big box store. (Supposedly an aftermarket that should have worked). Nope! Water coming out full blast even in the off position. Quickly turned off water at the main. NOBODY in town had this exact cartridge for Price Pfister since it’s rare. Nobody except Ferguson, and they had three in stock! Everyone else was on back order and would be weeks. (Weeks that my water would be shut off or switch out to another brand valve which requires cutting out Sheetrock and could get pricy). The two guys up front helping me were friendly and found my part quickly. I was in and out of the store in 5 mins. Replaced my cartridge and we are back in business! Never thought I would be so excited. lol. But when you have to shut off your water, it can be a big deal doing everything with bottles of water. Highly recommend Ferguson!

  Four years ago when I purchased my home I did some remodeling and bought an oven and a warming drawer from Ferguson. I worked with Kelly. Since then, my dishwasher broke and is irreparable so I went to Google maps to find out Ferguson’s hours, the hours were not listed. It showed the address that I was familiar with from my trip there four years ago so I called to find out the hours. I was shocked at how rude the receptionist was on the phone. She said they had normal business hours, I said well they’re not listed on Google maps so what are your business hours and she said 8 to 5 and hung up. For some reason I still decided to go look at dishwashers there. When I got to the location listed on Google, they were no longer there, they had moved 3 1/2 miles down the road. When I got to that location I could not get anybody to help me. I had called ahead and asked to schedule an appointment (online that’s what it says to do) but I was told, “no just come in it’s a walk-in basis”. I walked in alright, into THE WORST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I try to support small businesses owned and operated by locals but this experience was not a pleasant one. Kelly who helped me four years is who I initially spoke with but she said she had to finish something up on her computer first. Then someone else came in and she helped them instead!? Perhaps it was because I had on a T-shirt, leggings, tennis shoes and a baseball cap? What a disappointment! Some other employee was at their desk so I asked her some questions which she couldn’t answer. Clearly she was new. I thanked her and walked out. I will not be back and they don’t deserve the one star.
