The service techs are always polite and have helped us out quickly when needing a repair. Carolyn and the other office workers are very polite and accommodating as well. We have serviced the units yearly. We purchase two yearly maintenance plans for $225.00 for one unit and $300.00 for two units. Our most recent service was not up to their normal standards. The worker called at a little past 11 AM and asked to move the 2 - 4 PM service timeline due to other cancellations. I was not home at the time he called, but told him I would meet him at the house. I drove from Tuscaloosa to off of Hwy. 43 N in Northport on a Friday during lunch, so it took about 25 minutes or more to get home. I arrived before him at the house. He was finished at 11:42. He was in and out in a total of approximately 12 minutes. I did not think that much about it until I read on my email invoice what he stated he had done. The invoice stated he cleaned and/or examined 12 different things regarding the unit. I don’t see how that much work could have possibly been handled in that time frame. He was in the house twice, went to his truck once, used the restroom and went under the house to check out the hot water heater during this time. We had two new filters that were not installed or mentioned. I asked about cleaning out the leaves and he said that would need to be done in the Spring. I am not sure what I paid for really. I also checked the timelines on my old emails and no one in the past had that short of a timeframe in handling a maintenance call. I called to report the issue, but never heard back.
