- CFCory flowersDec 4, 20251.0I had my Hot water heater installed a few years ago 2022 and then in 2025 it started leaking I call them out they charged me 99$ just to tell me I had high pressure from the city I called the city they said my water is fine then I called Berry back and said it’s still leaking then they said it’s my problem now I have to figure it out on my on now poor work come to find out my heater is just sitting in the pan not elevated so when the pan fill up with water the heater will get rusty at the bottom I will never get your service anymore Trash work
