I gotta tell U, I had four or five Heat Pump estimates and AL H&C’s Richard came in with the best estimate by several thousand dollars. Richard was absolutely fantastic and his technicians Jefferey and Michael were as well. They did what they said they would do and I couldn’t be happier. I went with the 5T Trane XV18, which I consider the Cadillac of home heat pumps. I had a grossly undersized 4T Carrier installed when I had my home built. My bad. I failed to do my homework before deciding which heat pump to go with. My home, at just a tic under 2800 sq ft with massive ceiling heights throughout, was oversized for the overly small Carrier. For example, the house was cold on the MBR side by about 4-5 degrees during cold weather. I like to froze every winter since, but now that cold weather had set in the past few days the house is near equal temperatures on both ends. Obviously, I can’t say enough about Richard’s company and his highly skilled technicians. I’ll leave you readers with this. Get your estimates and then let Richard take a look and give his estimate. It’s free. Nothing to lose except your time. I think you’ll be happy with what you hear. And lastly, go with the Trane. Who knew a heat pump could actually pump out warm air. My old one only pumped air. Good luck and thank you for reading.

Highly recommend Richard and his technicians. My old HVAC system was not only causing me incredibly high electric bills (over $1K in the summer) but finally decided to stop working the same week the temps were finally hitting HOT this past summer. Richard came out same day I called and worked up a very reasonable quote. He listened to our concerns, wants and needs and gave us quotes for the traditional HVAC system as well as the minisplits systems we had inquired about. He worked up both quotes and gave us the costs as well as the pros and cons of each. We decided on going with minisplits due to the amount of dog hair (two German Shepherds that shed like crazy) and all the wood floors. We also wanted to be able to have more control over the temperatures in different rooms of the home. It has now been six months and the units are working perfectly, my electric bill has been cut in more then a third, which means even with my payment on the systems, I am still paying less a month then I was previously on just electric and we are far more comfortable then before. Our old unit could barely bring down the temps in the larger room with high ceilings. This summer, we didn't have one single uncomfortable day. My husband is also happy because now if he thinks I have the ac too cold, he can go into another room and put the temperature to what he thinks is comfortable - win win for sure!! Richard assisted us in getting financing with a great rates and a hassle free company. Everything from the first visit, the financing portion, the install, and the quality of the equipment has been easy, affordable and reliable. If you are looking for a HVAC company, I say look no further and give them a call.

Bought my upstairs unit in 2024 to replace one with a bad heat exchanger. Jeff and another guy put it in. Was supposed to get 2 free service cleanings but only received 1. This year finally got my 2nd service. My down stairs unit stopped heating so taylor worked on it but was unable to figure it out. So another person came out to replace the pressure switch. Found out it had a clogged line. ( so no new switch) worked on it for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Got it up and running. Paid 59.00 was unaware that richard was no longer the owner. Didn't even leave the new owner contact info on me. New owner has been very helpful with my issues. Thanks

Called today and the guy sent someone out within the hour.MY furnace has been out since the end if spring of this year. Figured it was time to get it looked at .The technician came out and was a little puzzled by the way everything was.Said he has never seen anything like it? Lol But he Figured it out.He ended up pulling the fan motor out and there was a dead bird stuck in it .😳He got it out and put it back together and now it runs fine 🙂 Would recommend them to everyone!!

How often should my HVAC system be serviced?

For best performance, we recommend bi-annual HVAC maintenance—once before summer for your AC and once before winter for your heating system.
