  If you’re looking for a business that won’t show up on time or even bother to call you to let you know, you’ve found the right guys. During our process I was told they’d show up at the end of the week or beginning of the following. They didn’t show up and then said it’d be the following Friday. I called that morning to make sure they were still coming and was told they’d be there that afternoon. They never showed up or called me back. They came by the next Monday and said they couldn’t find the existing rods in the ground so they’d have to come back another time. I called their office the next morning to find out when they’d be back and to see what they’d charge me to add some extra markers on the north side property line where I was wanting to put a fence. This was the most important part of the entire job as there’s a lot of brush in the back section of the property so I wouldn’t be able to run a string from point to point. He said it was no problem and they’d do it for an extra $100. They came back the following Thursday and put the 4 corner markers in the ground. I got home around 5 o’clock and noticed they didn’t put the extra markers on the north side line as discussed. I called back once again the next morning and asked if they were coming back to finish the job and was told they ran out of time Thursday (not sure how since there was plenty of daylight left when I got home and they were already gone) but for them to come back out to add those markers he wanted an extra $350 instead of the $100, as if it’s my problem they didn’t just do it while they were already out there. While dealing with these people I probably called them 8-10 times. I hated feeling like a nag but they did not call me a single time during the entire process to let me know what was going on and calling them was the only way to find out. Overall, they were one of the cheapest bids I received for my survey but I guess you get what you pay for.
