  I have to give one star to write the rating. I would have given a minus 10. Called and spoke with Craig. He came out on Friday October 3, 2025 to pump my septic tank. When I spoke to him on the phone, I explain to him where my tank was located at. He told the ground was to hard and he could not find it with the steel rod he uses. Ask I I could call a plumber to run a camera to located the septic tank. My wife call them and they located it at the cost of $400.00. Call Mr.Smith back and a voice message. When I didn't get a return call, I called Pace Septic Service on Tuesday October 7, 2025. Mr. Pace came on Wednesday morning and did an outstanding job. So, FYI DO NOT call Mr. Smith for any of the services he provide.

  Great service, came out when he said he would, my tank had been neglected and in bad shape. Let me know what I could do to help it out. Will letting all my friends know and will be using him again.

  Quick response, professional service and a good price. Call him now because, if you own a septic tank and haven't had it serviced, you are begging for trouble. Seems weird to rave about septic service, but seems like a small price for peace of mind.
