  No service after sale. Going in and meeting with Dan Rose to custom design our building was great. It was delivered to their lot within about 4 weeks. We went to go look at it and noticed transom windows weren't caulked. We were told not to worry, it would get fixed upon/after delivery. Delivery came and despite my voiced concerns about raining a LOT the day before/morning of, they attempted delivery. Dug 1-foot deep trenches in my lawn trying to get it placed and got their machine stuck. I had to offer use of my plywood to help get the machine unstuck. They damaged siding when the building slid off of the forks of their machine. Scheduled an "in yard move" to finish the next week. They showed up and dug more trenches trying to get it placed and again, got their machine stuck in the trenches. Despite phone calls and emails about the trenches, damaged siding, a door not closing and windows needing to be caulked, nobody showed. The guy who was supposed to come make it right had a truck that was broken down. I've still not heard back from him. Mr. Rose was supposed to call me back to discuss repairs but again, no phone call. I got tired of waiting and frankly didn't have faith anything would be done so I repaired the door myself. I caulked and painted what needed to be done and was able to somewhat repair my lawn. Buying the building was easy. Getting it right after the sale, not so much despite phone calls and emails.

  My sales rep Dan Rose was the absolute greatest! He went above and beyond for me. The bldg. was delivered on time, and professionally set up. The whole process was 5 star. Highly recommend. Best deal around and I did my shopping.
