  David was very nice and professional, I never bought anything from anybody as nice, kind and professional as David Carroll was and he and his demeanor made making such a large purchase easy and stress free while making sure I understood everything about the roof and all the next steps, I'm excited to get my new roof installed this Monday! Thank you!

  We needed to replace the roof over the deck on the back of our home, a relatively small job that a number of roofing companies declined. IAM ROOFING in Prattville, however, has a team led by Austin that specializes in these smaller jobs and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Everything was professionally installed and they did a great job cleaning up the site afterwards. We were told they can handle other repair jobs so they will be the first we contact when we need more repairs around our home. Tom and Carol Risher

  My GOD. Do not use these people. So many red flags and LITERALLY 5x the price of four competitors!!! #1. Told us not to get other quotes, that they "weren't needed these days" and this company was "average priced" (very incorrect) #2. VERY long appointment, just full of attempts to "connect" (classic sales tactic). #3. Gave one quote, we said no way. "Got a discount"...got it lower... cut an unnecessary add on that we didn't need ... got it lower again.... the ol' trickeroo to make it seem like a great deal (wait til I tell you the "deal" lol). #4. Told us other companies were shady and we can't trust them (fear tactic). #5. Got the measurements wrong. #6. Didn't know how to measure a roof pitch. I could go on and on.... They quoted us FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS initially!!!! We got 4 other quotes at $2,200-3,800 with equally highly reviewed folks. Overall ran manipulative sales tactics on us, real fake "connection," disrespected our time, and came in HELLLLLLLLLA high on price. Can't trust em. They also get really defensive in review replies....so let's see what comes out!

  Derrick, Zahyra, and the crew truly saved the day! Derrick — a PM from another project — stepped in and dedicated his time to address the concerns I raised yesterday. I’m writing this updated review because of how much this team did today to make me feel relieved, supported, and genuinely satisfied. Yesterday was a downer, but today they turned everything around. They repaired all the damage from the previous day’s installation. The attic looks awesome (see pic), the gutter is brand new, and the ceiling patch looks much better. It finally feels like things are back in order. What impressed me most was Derrick himself. He listened, responded, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. He respected my time, guided me through the process, followed through on every promise, and kept me informed from start to finish. I truly felt taken care of this time. Zahyra - is also fantastic, she made the communications between the crew & myself concisely. Keep it up, ya'll! And while this is an updated review of the same company after a disappointing experience yesterday, I want to commend I AM ROOFING for stepping up and making things right. I will not forget to mention who were there for us from the beginning: Kenneth and Trevor for their thorough initial inspection and excellent presentation. And thank you to Leo, the install coordinator, who kept me updated on material delivery and even handled a last minute color change without any hassle. Morgan is also amazing, we have some back and forth on the finance side, but she is very professional and patient. I’m still waiting on the final inspection results, but for now, our family feels so much better knowing we have a beautiful, more secure roof over our heads. On the other hand, the roof was installed Wednesday. It’s Saturday- still no confirmed date of final inspection. The pictures were sent but they said they will explain to us what those were. Excess roofing materials sitting on our front yard like an eyesore. There is no definite date when these are going to be picked up. Goodluck to us with the strict HOA. My husband who came home on Friday night was very upset to see this pallet of materials on his grass. Never heard from the assigned PM of this project of what’s next, I am communicating to a different PM who responds but is understandably busy with his own. He told us he’ll get back with the inspection schedule. I hope this can get situated soon. The contract says “ Inspection to be conducted after installation complete to ensure customer satisfaction “. Contract also says final payment to be collected upon completion & inspection of project. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess the company is ok with getting the final payment at a later time? Need some improvement in some areas of your processes. The job is not fully done when it’s not properly turned over. While there are people who did their job well, there are points in the end to end process that can be done better. So i am giving you a 3.

  We’ve had some damaging storms over the years and our home insurance kept denying our claims. We called I Am Roofing to come out and take a look at it. They sent out Brandon, who was so fun, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. In about an hour Brandon had done the inspection, helped us sort through our options for financing, and helped us get a better deal! The stress of knowing that spring showers are coming soon and knowing our roof would not be able to take another hit has weighed heavy on us (especially because we have smaller children). Brandon was very thorough in helping us understand every detail about what they could I Am Roofing could do for us. He definitely went above and beyond to help us. We could not be happier with this entire process. NOTE TO ADD: Brandon and I Am Roofing also made sure that we would not have to wait long for the repair. He came out today (3/19/2026) and we have the repair service for this Monday (3/23/2026)!! Talk about turnaround time!!! We will be recommending I Am Roofing to all of our neighbors, family, and friends. ♥️
