Excellent service. Our old unit had some work done and then started to fail again so we got a quote for a new system and they took our previous repair costs off the total. They replaced our system within a week of approval. Fast, reasonably priced, and excellent communication

Everything thing went great. I had my entire unit replaced and the boys did a great job. They were fast and efficient, answering all questions I had with a language I could understand. They were incredibly polite and did a walkthough with me once everything was complete so I could see for myself everything that was done and man did it all look great. Highly recommended

This is our home - our dusty home. Thank you Riley H&C for the excellent work in replacing the 50-year-old ducts and installing the 2-stage heat pump and air handler. No longer is dust blowing from the registers. No longer do we have to turn up the volume on TV when the blower turns on. It is so very quiet.
Special "thanks" to Shane Rathel for designing the new system and answering our MANY questions. In addition to being so knowledgable, he also is very personable. The installers were right on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Many "thanks" to you guys, as well. We were impressed.
I cannot comment on their routine service or maintenance since we have not needed that with a new, week-old system. But if that service is anything like what we have experienced to date, we know it will be great.

So a week prior to my appointment a tech came out and I paid the service fee for them to see what was wrong. The guy told me 2 things that were wrong with my HVAC unit. They sent me an invoice shortly after and said when the parts come in they will come back out and fix it. Which was fine. So the day comes for them to fix the unit and I asked the tech (a different tech) to be sure “are you replacing two parts” he said no he will call to see what’s going on. He later came back and said that the 1st tech that came out forgot to put in the system for the second part and it’ll be more money. Me looking at the invoice as a paying customer I see two charges so I’m thinking I’m getting two things fixed. Turned out it’s two charges for one part. Here is where the problem comes in. I called to the office and spoke with Missy. I told her if i wouldn’t have asked the tech if he was replacing two parts they would have half done the job and my heat still wouldn’t work and I paid a lot of money. She told me “did I not want the service done”? Like why would I pay all this money for my heat to still not work? If I wouldn’t have asked I would have to call them back a week or two later and pay another service fee and wait for it to be fixed when it’s 20 degrees outside. I asked to speak with the manager which I never heard from. In the middle of my service you tell me it’s going to cost me more because there were miscommunication with your team. I really should’ve reimbursed half of my money since they were only going to do half the job. By the way Jimmy was great. My problem was with Missy trying to convince me that I was not right. I’m paying thousands of dollars. I have a right to be upset when I feel like I’m being treated unfairly. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but for future reference if you or someone on your team makes a mistake or forgets something. Make it right to ensure your customers are completely satisfied.

This is the best HVAC company in the Columbus area! We had our HVAC system replaced by another company this past summer and had issues nonstop to the point where we were calling the other company every week to come out and fix issues with our brand new system. We finally called Riley heating and air-conditioning and are so happy that we did! We did not tell Riley heating and air that we were having issues with the other company, but immediately after looking at our system, they expressed that the system was not installed correctly, and that the people had left our attic a mess we knew this already, but it was the first time our opinions had been validated and that someone was honest about the poor job done on our brand new system. They went above and beyond to fully assess our system throughout the house and in the attic to make sure that nothing else was damaged and that their solution would solve this issues the first time around. They worked hard all day and fixed all of the issues that we had. This is the first time that we have been able to sleep in our bedroom for over two months because of the rattling and vibrations that were coming from the poorly installed system. We are so grateful for this company and their dedication to excellent work and to doing things right the first time! I would like to give a special thanks to Daniel Spencer, Shane Rathel, and Edgard Bernal who all helped us address this issue and provided peace after a very stressful and frustrating few months. I cannot overstate that this is the company to choose if you need any HVAC repair, maintenance, or installation. We will be customers for life!
