  Issis and Sons are the best. I could not be happier with my new hardwoods. Stephanie had helped me thought master bath renovation. Now she helped with hardwoods. I be back for next project Cathy Panepento

  Stephanie walked me through the selection process in one visit! Her professionalism and product knowledge made the decision easy. Paul and Alex did a swift and beautiful job on the install. I’m so glad I went back to Issis & Sons to replace my carpet😊

  Twice this year we’ve bought new flooring from Issis and Sons. Our sales associate Stephanie has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Ernesto and Rey installed our flooring this time and were incredibly fast and professional. We were quoted three days work and they finished in one day. Then when we noticed a small issue and asked if they could fix it for us, Ernesto came back and fixed the issue and then proceeded to tighten all the quarter round corners in our kitchen unprompted. He went above and beyond. We are very happy with our choice to go with Issis and Sons.

  Customer service here is terrible. Would not recommend this store based on personal experience. I even tried to give them another chance, but I was treated as if I were an inconvenience. The salesmen are rude, inconsiderate, and arrogant. They make you feel as if you are beneath them. The front receptionist is awkwardly fake and overly nice to the extent of it being oddly uncomfortable. I needed assistance with finding rugs for a new house and was very, very disappointed in this store, in which I would have thought would have been a reputable business.
