- JTJohn TateApr 10, 20241.0Flooring is good, customer service is horrible. They push you to buy extra, because of having cutoff pieces. I didn’t need it but they pushed me to buy it any way. When I get finished and have the extra amount left over, now they won’t allow me to return it because of their “return policy”. No one explained about bringing back the extra before any certain amount of time. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- DDDrWhoMay 3, 20232.0I don't even know where to start. The process was easy. However, after the floor was mostly done, mainly because I thought I was going to get them to put real tile in one room I got them to leave the transition pieces off for the time being. They broke some pieces (and never replaced them) that fit over the L brackets at bottom of one of the stair posts, put a huge hole in the wall near my back door and left black marks on the wall in one of the closets. I had to rip up the flooring (and purchase more) that was placed at the front door because they went ahead and put it down even after I told them I had to take the baseboards off. It pains me to have to leave this review because the people there are great and I think a lot of them, but I shouldn't have to beg and it bothers me that I'm being ignored.
