- TGTracy Green1 day ago1.0Customer service here is terrible. Would not recommend this store based on personal experience. I even tried to give them another chance, but I was treated as if I were an inconvenience. The salesmen are rude, inconsiderate, and arrogant. They make you feel as if you are beneath them. The front receptionist is awkwardly fake and overly nice to the extent of it being oddly uncomfortable. I needed assistance with finding rugs for a new house and was very, very disappointed in this store, in which I would have thought would have been a reputable business.
