- RZRyan ZargoNov 19, 20255.0Eric and Chuck took great care of me. Got me the equipment I needed. During the rental the track came off the Bob cat and they got someone out very quickly to fix the problem. I would certainly make any more rentals I need with them
- SPSingleterry PaintingJul 11, 20221.0If I could rate it lower I would. Manager Brad Ledbetter would not even let me explain what the issue was with the lift I rented (dead battery). He automatically assumed I was fishing for a refund and told me "I will give you a refund but I don't really have to" which I never asked for. I had to purchase battery for it over the weekend for a job that had to be done. The after hours and weekend prompts on the automated phone system for HERC needs to be much better. When I rented the equipment the guys behind the counter never mentioned what to do/who to call if there were any issues.

- EPEric PriceJul 18, 20181.0Rented a propane arc welder from this company to use on a job site in Montgomery, Alabama. They laid out the gound clamp and welding electrode holder that was suppose to go with the welding machine. When arrived at the job location the electrode holder was missing so had to purchase one with hookups. Also ran out of propane so tried to take the tank to have refilled but the propane tank was no able to be filled because the inspection date was past due and from 1999 so had to pay to have the propane tank exchanged to be able to continue work. The company would not return phone calls and when you get someone on the phone they say we will have someone call you back and they never do. Will not use this company again.
