  Signed up for $400 annual fee to cover repairs. Called for plumbing repair toilet tank running. I could tell float was too high by looking at it water was entering down spout. Service guy comes and looks at it . Tells me hardware in tank needs to be replaced. He looks at little hand held device and says $595 . I told him I could buy 5 toilets for that and kicked him out of house, he said he call office and get a better price, kicked him out. I will file compliant with examining board and BBB and expect to be refunded my sign up cost.

  We felt William was very knowledgeable and explained the process not only the HVAC services. He also took time to tell us about the whole home membership program that including the plumbing electrician, and the HVAC service that you provided. When he arrived we were met with a hand shaking, introduction, as well as acknowledgment. Now this is the cherry on top before entering our home, he put those little blue booties on his shoes that ment he respected our home and he also respected us because he also called us by name. And when it came to the whole house maintenance membership services, he didn’t try to strong arm us neither did it come across as an salesman that the buyers can’t get one word in and just over talking them. No, he was very professional.
