There are no street lights in the newest section. I hear neighbors complain about the HOA fees because the DRB people still haven't built the pool and they aren't putting in the pool anytime soon. I live in the old Phase 1 section of the neighborhood. 2020: Theives in the neighborhood, so protect yourself if you live here. We had to start a neighborhood watch because of all the theft. I've lived here since 2020 in the old houses section.
