This community is satisfactory, and I appreciate the community itself. It is generally quiet. However, I strongly advise against the home builder, DRB. I do not recommend this builder. If possible, I suggest avoiding this builder due to their poor quality homes. There are several other builders in the area that offer superior quality homes. They appear pleasant until they receive the earnest cash, after which their demeanor changes. Furthermore, completing repairs and dealing with the warranty company can be a frustrating experience. I highly advise against using this builder. Any realtor recommending this builder may not have their client's best interests in mind. Having been in my home for 1 year, I have encountered numerous issues, many of which were brought to the builder's project manager's attention before closing. MOST CONCERNING, however, is that the slab, the foundation, is already showing signs of decay, breaking apart, after just 1 year. How can this issue be addressed without requiring major renovations?

Purchased a home in February 2022. Didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. Heard gun shots, people continued to walk through my front and backyard all times of the night, put my house on the market to sell April 2022. Sold it. And still being billed for 2023 HOA fee’s. I don’t even reside there. A new homeowner is there. TVAW neighborhood is not what I was expecting. It’s giving, low budget! Great place for maybe a starter home! I do not recommend if it’s not your 1st time purchasing. There are way better options.

Over priced homes that are poorly built. If you are thinking of buying here I recommend inspecting the home yourself. You don't need any experience to be able to see the terrible craftsmanship of the framing to the trim work. It's terrible in all the ones I have been in.

Edit 2023: The new section is still only in Phase 3. The out of state builders still have to start and complete Phase 4 and Phase 5. There are no street lights in the newest section. I hear neighbors complain about the HOA fees because the DRB people still haven't built the pool and they aren't putting in the pool anytime soon. I live in the old Phase 1 section of the neighborhood. 2020: Theives in the neighborhood, so protect yourself if you live here. We had to start a neighborhood watch because of all the theft. I've lived here since 2020 in the old houses section.
