They would never give me a way to contact local.Never heard from her until after the install to tell me I still owed $24 . They did not find my phone number on sales contract . It was a week before i noticed the email from Brittany saying they had been trying to reach me for install. They said they did not have my number. Got another call for install scheduling after I had already scheduled install. Paid the installers what was on the paperwork which I guess was incorrect. Had to call my salesman morning of install and tell him there was not going to be any install until I had a local contact. 10 minutes later got a call from Jason locally. Felt good when he gave me his number and told me he would take care of any problems. No coordination among back office. Josh measured my windows perfectly. Yender installed perfectly. Kept site clean during and after. Love my windows. Look and fit great. Just get a local number before signing . Never knew it would have been so secret. I understand the beauty of having a central call center for 4 different cities but it needs fine tuning.Would have been 5 stars as I like the windows.

They tore the old ones out, replaced the new, and cleaned up like they had never been there. The crew was awesome. Sergio and Diego were awesome and knew what they were doing. My job was done in less than six hours. Will definitely recommend Window World.
