They kept you informed every step of the way: to let you know they were being made, they had been shipped, they had arrived, scheduling, making sure we had heard from the installer and made sure installer had arrived. Our installer, Rafael, and his helper (his wife) were amazing and SO FAST! He installs these things like he came out of the womb doing it and his wife caulks and cleans the windows like she's been doing it for 50+ years. They're both SO fast and efficient. The end result is amazing! High quality windows that look absolutely stunning. Will definitely recommend them forever! Thank you, WW and Rafael and wife! Y'all the the BEST!!
