Brian was very helpful. He understood my situation of needing to get a laminate floor installed quickly. He showed me the product that they had a truckload of. Then followed me to my rental house and measured. He arranged for a crew to be there the next two days to install and then sent me photos! I leased it the following day. Love the laminate floor!

At H&H Carpet my salesman was Brian H. He was very professional and accommodating. I’m moving from Missouri to Prattville, AL and I had seen a particular carpet I’d seen here in Missouri. I called H&H Carpet and met Brian over the phone gave him the carpet information and he was able to get exactly what I wanted. I’m glad H&H was recommended to me. H & H did the floor at my house and also my mom’s house. The flooring is absolutely beautiful. The crew did everything in a day. Moved furniture and put everything back. Charlie is always so great to work with! Highly recommend.

Brian Hooks really came through for us and exceeded our expectations in customer service and delivery! The crew that replaced our existing carpets with wood laminate did a spectacular job. They were so professional. They were clean, friendly and did a perfect installation job. Masters of their craft! I could not ever ask for more. Truly grateful! Completely glad I chose to work with them! Wonderful end result!
