However, I have video footage showing that he left at 10:37. The entire visit lasted about 37 minutes, and roughly 10 of those minutes were spent discussing the pricing—specifically whether the $99 deposit I had already paid would be deducted from the total. I was informed that I will receive a reimbursement of $60, although it is unclear how long it will take for its system to be corrected. I hope this process will not take too long. I will update my review once the reimbursement is issued. I do want to acknowledge that Chad took my concerns seriously, investigated the situation, and explained what happened—which is how I learned that John Walters had overcharged me and falsely reported his time. [Original review on Jan 10 after receiving the service on Jan 2, 2026] I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning for a short, 6‑foot vent that goes straight from the downstairs laundry room to the outside wall. The inside vent was clean, but the exterior mesh was dusty — likely because I had installed a very dense mesh a few months ago. It took the technician about 15 minutes to remove it. I had already paid a $99 deposit before the appointment, but the technician insisted that the total was $355 on top of the deposit, even after I explained that the $99 was part of the payment. After calling the office, they confirmed the correct total should be $345 including the deposit. The technician became upset and said the office staff “doesn’t know anything.” I chose this company because of the positive reviews, but the pricing confusion and the technician’s unprofessional attitude left me feeling misled.

Kenneth and Darren came out and fixed everything and went above and beyond for us making sure we were taken care of! We appreciate them coming out as late as they did and making things right. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hvac work!
