He was great on the telephone, asking questions that made us confident that this problem would be solved. When he and his assistant arrived on time, he assessed the situation and began a series of complicated procedures to narrow down the problem. It did not take very long and we were so pleased with the repair. Anyone who needs a fabricated gate (he showed us photos of his skilled work) or a repair to one should call Don Bell first! We are highly satisfied customers.
