I walked in and began by saying, "I'm embarrased to ask for this, but I just need this litte washer." The guy helping me (shame on me for not getting his name) looked at it and said "just one minute." He walked outside, got the washer I needed out of his own personal assortment out of his car, and came in and handed it to me saying "Merry Christmas." I thanked him profusely and told him I'd be back to spend some money soon. That's a promise I intend to keep. That kind of treatment deserves to be rewarded.
