We were not happy with the first installment of the windows. They messed up our trim around casing. They had to come back and redo all trim. What was supposed of been a 2 to 3 day job. It took 2 weeks.

First of all, they said it would take 5 to 6 weeks to come install window after measuring, it took 12 weeks. Second, the install was terrible. They broke brick and messed up sheetrock around window. They had to come back out and fix the install and left dirty had marks on walls and glass. Didn't seal window all the way. Worst experience ever with a contractor. Dont recommend window world at all.

This company installed windows for my mom (an elderly woman), who requested to keep her old windows. The person who installed the windows (Chris Bryant) took the windows without her permission and now refuses to bring them back. My mom has called numerous times but continues to get the runaround from the receptionists and Chris Bryant. Regardless of how hold the windows are they had no right to take them. Edit: She has called your office numerous times and spoke to multiple people including the aforementioned person. Why would she continue to call if she isn't getting anywhere with your staff? If the old windows were hazardous, why would your staff agree to bring them back after my mother contacted your office? My mother has messages with the installer's constant excuses as to why he took them and why he hasn't returned them. The installer stated, "They sat beside the house for 3 days." Implying, "if you wanted them, why didn't you remove them in those 3 days." If there are strict laws and regulations why didn't the installer tell her that when she initially requested to keep the windows? Additionally, if the windows are hazardous, why did the installer state that he stored them in your warehouse? Do you plan to repurpose them or sell them? How can you trust anyone who completes to customer service survey themselves and then has an elderly lady sign it as if she completed the survey herself.
