  Outstanding Experience with Rafael and the Window World Team Rafael and his crew from Window World installed two patio doors for us today, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and treated our home with care and respect throughout the installation. Rafael was not only courteous but also very informative, he took the time to explain the process, answer questions, and ensure we were comfortable with everything along the way. The workmanship was top-notch, and the doors look fantastic. You can really tell they take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. It's refreshing to work with a team that is punctual, professional, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. I highly recommend Rafael and his crew at Window World.   The entire process was excellent. The salesman was informative and professional. I never felt pressured to have to buy. Once ordered the wait time was projected for 6 weeks. Windows were ready and installed in about 3 weeks. The install crew was Yender and one other person. They were quick, informative and cleaned up everything. The entire job of 11 windows took them about 6hrs. Completely satisfied!!! I will be recommending to family and friends.

  When I have a window problem, I call Window World. They are trustworthy, neat and tidy, easy to work with, professional and their windows last and last. Their windows are easy to clean from the inside because the double sash windows can fold inward.

  I want to give a huge thanks to your employee Kiah. She asked me how I heard about WW and then she realized that the former home owners of our house had a warranty for the window I needed to replace! She saved me over 4 thousand dollars just by transferring the lifetime warranty into my name. We are so grateful and will continue to use WW for all of our window and door needs. I also want to add, how personable and she was. In addition to being a great employee, she was also very kind and helpful in every way. Thank you Kiah.
