Several back and forth calls and visits about the problem. The original order installation on 9/18/25, on 11/4/25 got the ‘problem window’ installed. Kathy Franks came 11/17 for pictures.

Pretty rare these days that people come out to help/trouble shoot issues, but massive shoutout to Raymond who helped us fix a window issue we were having. He is humble enough to act like he’s not a window savant, however, in reality, seems like all the Window World people we’ve interacted with are true professionals. We’ll be customers for life because of the way they stand behind their products.

Supposedly, they said they called back, but they never leave messages on the home answer machine. Technician came out twice to look at the doors and to take pictures was told that it's not covered under warranty. So much for their warranty too bad.I can't give them zero stars. I highly recommend that new customers go with a different company that stands behind their products.. After wasting several months now, the temperature is cold and I have to find someone to come and repair window world's product.That was probably not installed correctly in the first place. I'm also currently waiting on a call back from one of their customer service people to discuss pricing for them to come out and fix their product that should be under warranty.

The install was fast, and efficient, they cleaned up to my satisfaction. Kathy from customer assurance came and took pictures and was outstanding in answering questions. Kathy even went to a neighbor's who was having a werrenty issue with a ten year old WW window. Very pleased and blessed...
