  They came out 2 times for the same issue! They have always been so good! I should've checked the washer before they left as it was backing up in dishwasher and kitchen sink. First time I used washer 8 days later, it not only backed up in sink and dishwasher, it then backed up in bathroom sink and then when I tried to use bathroom sink and kitchen sink, neither would drain. Called office. NO discount! I will NEVER use or recommend them again and I apologize to anyone I've recommended! I did Not expect free but neither did I expect a $405 bill today! If you don't have integrity, you don't deserve my business or recommendations!

  My mom recommended this company to me and they did a fantastic job! I've been using another local plumber for almost 20 years (Crouch), and after being overcharged for sloppy work that wasn't what I wanted (or even up to code, they hacked into my cold water supply for my hot water heater to reconnect a previously existing capped off line to an outside spigot that they "couldn't find" but I found with a flashlight from my stairs in 30 seconds, and left the pex line laying on the ground...and that isn't even everything they screwed up) and I had to make a change. These guys listened to me about what wanted done, did everything up to code, and were just fantastic all around. I called them on short notice and they made it out 2 hours later WITH other emergency calls lined up (which has to be some kind of record for plumbers!). I'll absolutely be a repeat customer, I'm very happy!

  I like to use local folk for all repairs down in rogersville, al area, I've got second home in area. I would recommend that everyone who uses them hold your cell phone to your ear, cause if you don't answer when they call you, they skip you period. No text, no answer when i called back, nothing.. just skipped , you didnt' answer the phone when i called, and the "we have so many calls, we can't wait for call back or show up, we just go to the next one", in business those are called customers.. and you hire more plumbers to facilitate your business. anyways.. I drove 2 hrs down to be there, was in driveway waiting on them, never showed, finally went back in house and checked phone, they called, i called back no answer, i texted him, and he said, you never answered phone so i went to next person. I wasted 4 hours of my day on this.. never again.. buy the way.. the water line from street is leaking, my house is 450 meters from road. so when I replace my entire water line, it will be with company in Huntsville, al.. as they show up for appointments.. and it's about 5k plus in business you lost. Have a nice day.
