He is an awesome guy and took the initiative to come back to my home on Sunday morning to resolve my heating issue. Just for the record, in my opinion, Eric deserves a raise and tech of the year. He specifically stated to me that if I experienced any more issues to contact him. It really meant a lot to me for him to be on call and sincere about getting my heating issue resolved so that I did not have to freeze inside of my home. Again, "thank you, Eric" for resolving my heating issue.
