We were not looking to switch over from a previous company but were sold by the level of service we received. We are now signed up for Guin's maintenance program and had Guin install a new system today. Austin, Shane Hudson and Addison did the install and were OUTSTANDING in every way; professional, knowledgeable and salt of the earth type young men!!!!
