A couple days later Google Fiber installed my internet, but I couldn’t get the door opener”MyQ” app to connect. Tried twice working with the MyQ Tech Spt folks and still no luck. I called Wilson Garage Doors to ask if the might have a connection problem and the connected me to Jacob. Jacob who suspected it was a WiFi signal detection issue. I called GFiber and they said they can separate the 2.4 ghz from the 5 ghz, that made the WiFi signal a lot more detectable, and now works perfectly! “Mr Jacob at Wilson Garage Doors is our Hero”. He knew what it needed and helped us fix it after the MyQ Tech Spt tried multiple times. Wilson Garage Doors has a great team of professionals and offers superior support.
