  They did a great job on our dumpster pad extension. The owner, Willie, was very fast and thorough with his assessment and provided excellent workmanship and service.

  Excellent! Highly recommend. Willie and his team were prompt, professional, easy to work with and did exceptional work. Always available via text for questions, even after my project was complete. His crew left my yard better than they found it and his lead Tim was patient and kind when conversing with a concerned neighbor. Project was an extensive stamped, stained, curvy patio that had to tie in existing concrete with new concrete; located in a townhouse courtyard that has very restricted access. They also handed existing drainage issues beautifully. I would strongly recommend you hire TNB for your next project.

  Never have I ever written such a poor review for a company. We had Willie come out to give us a quote at the end of June. We were told turn around time would be 2 or 3 weeks. We were then given a date for our patio extension for July 27th. No one showed that day, nor did we hear from the company as to why? On the same day they did not show for us, we saw the company trucks in our neighborhood, as well as in surrounding areas, by where we live. My husband reached out through text, as well as by phone to see what the deal was? I reached out last Thursday, and was told through text by Willie himself that he would let me know on Monday the 10th when they would be out to complete the job. At that time he had reasons they didn't show up on July 27th, but I feel they were just excuses for not showing up. It is now Wednesday August 11th, and I have heard nothing. I'm thankful they didn't ask for so much down in advance It is extremely disappointing, rude, and very unprofessional to treat potential customers in such a way. I totally understand things happen, but you don't just not show up, or just not respond.

  We interviewed and got quotes from about 5 companies. While tnb was not the lowest they were more professional than all the others. They treated us with respect and were open about the process of tearing out and repouring our driveway. I admit I was worried as anyone should be when spending a great deal of money, but they far surpassed my expectation. They were tidy, punctual, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

  After my initial contact, it was requested that I text him. I had to initiate ALL contact. We waited over a month for this service, contacting them several times. Each time, he didn't remember who I was or the job that was suppose to be done. Stating that he lost his phone and our previous conversations when his truck caught fire. Taking him at his word, I continued to initiate contact and trying to get this job scheduled. When the day finally arrived, they were nearly 2 hours late! I explained to them it was unprofessional to show up so late, he didn't care. They then proceeded to pack up their equipment, LOUDLY using profanities and speaking inappropriately about/towards me. I immediately contacted the person I was conversing with via text and when I spoke to him (obviously & RIGHTLY upset at his tone and unprofessional way of speaking to me) he proceeded to tell me that they weren't doing anything wrong and then he BLAMED ME! It was worse than talking to someone in high school. He continued to comment that just because he requested that we converse through text, that he shouldn't be held to the quote that he sent me, even though it was in writing. This may have been a blessing in disguise, because their unprofessional, rude, inappropriate, and (comes to find out less) than honest demeanor isn't what you are looking for in a company. I ended up telling them to have a nice day and DID NOT use their service! Apparently I am not the only one who has had issues as of late, I encourage you to check out their most recent reviews (even on the BBB.org) since 2020 up until this posting...
