The driver this morning on the PKWAY was driving erratically, running up on my & others back bumper. Waving his hands & weaving in & out of traffic. He almost hit me several times as we exited from 565 to pkway. He got mad & waved his arms I could see him. Unfortunately I was only able to get the little bit of video I could cause I had to let this company know how this driver almost cause multiple accidents today. I'm surprised he didn't in the time I seen him driving erratically on parkway
