  Jeremy came in and gave me a honest assessment of my project along with a solid estimate. When it came time for the install, he was right there ready to go - in the heat of Summer - but got up there and got the job done. I had two Velux stationary skylights installed and he sure knows that product. I would use him again and strongly recommend Skylight Options LLC.

  I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are very knowledgeable, and responsive. They installed two skylights, and they look amazing. Also, they were so kind to us. They took the time to blow all whole roof that was cover in leaves. This was not part of the project! They went above and beyond to make us happy. It’s very hard to find companies like this one. Don’t search any further, they are the ones to go with!

  It's rare yet refreshing to receive consultative selling, on-site installation training, and ongoing customer service all provided at a fair price, but that's what this guy does! In a day and age where customer service equals emailing customers a 10 question survey or asking clients for feedback online that doesn't ever get read, Jeremy went above and beyond average customer service and exceed my expectations. Plus he literally knows everything about Skylights!

  We have used Skylight Options twice at two different houses in Huntsville. Once was 7 years ago for 4 sun tunnels, and more recently we had 2 skylights installed. The quality of the install was top notch, as was their dedication to ensuring the job was done 100% to our standards. They cleaned up MORE than just their mess, and even cleaned off my entire roof for me. I can't speak highly enough of the work they did for me on two separate occasions.

  We had complete shingle roof replacement by a GAF Master Roofer, top of the line, lifetime warranty on the roof. We had three old leaking skylights replaced at the same time, by the roofer. After the job was completed and we had the GAF Warranty in hand, we realized the skylights were not installed according to the manufacturer, Velux, instructions. This would have voided any Velux Warranty, allowed noise, bugs, and attic air into the house and would have soon leaked just like our old ones. After many attempts to communicate with the roofer, we hired Skylight Options to remove the skylights and use all new Velux flashing and re-install the skylights correctly. We certainly recommend Skylight Options for new or replacement installations.
