  We had a total of 5 48"x48" skylights replaced by Skylight Options. Our previous lights were the old plastic bubble style that were cracking and leaking. SO replaced two of the lights in the Fall of 24' and the remaining 3 lights in the Spring of 25'. Both times, they showed up when they said they would for estimates and the replacement work, and were able to finish within the time planned. Now that we've had time and rainstorms to test the lights, I can verify the replacements are a drastic improvement over the old ones with no leaks and a much cleaner look. SO only does skylight installation vs. roofers or window installers with broader work scope. When we talked and estimated the work, I got the impression that they had a better understanding of the details of the installation process than some of the other options out there. Prices were fair, and now that we're done I'm glad we both the bullet and replaced the old lights.

  6 months ago: Guy came to my house and I spent time explaining where I wanted skylights. Asked for 2 separate estimates for 2 rooms. Never heard back. I followed up with a phone call - didn't return my call. He kept saying he is the only Velux guy in Alabama. Maybe he is overwhelmed with work.

  Jeremy came in and gave me a honest assessment of my project along with a solid estimate. When it came time for the install, he was right there ready to go - in the heat of Summer - but got up there and got the job done. I had two Velux stationary skylights installed and he sure knows that product. I would use him again and strongly recommend Skylight Options LLC.

  It's rare yet refreshing to receive consultative selling, on-site installation training, and ongoing customer service all provided at a fair price, but that's what this guy does! In a day and age where customer service equals emailing customers a 10 question survey or asking clients for feedback online that doesn't ever get read, Jeremy went above and beyond average customer service and exceed my expectations. Plus he literally knows everything about Skylights!

  We have used Skylight Options twice at two different houses in Huntsville. Once was 7 years ago for 4 sun tunnels, and more recently we had 2 skylights installed. The quality of the install was top notch, as was their dedication to ensuring the job was done 100% to our standards. They cleaned up MORE than just their mess, and even cleaned off my entire roof for me. I can't speak highly enough of the work they did for me on two separate occasions.
