- SKSeong KimJun 11, 20255.0I live in a new house in Huntsville, Alabama and after 3 years,a cabinet over the refrigerator was falling,even though I put only plastic containers in the cabinet. I contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer contacted the installer. The installer,Sims-Lohman sent a technician,Brandon to my house to fix it. The appointment was made to visit 10am to 2pm,he called me before 10am and arrived in a few minutes. He looked at the cabinet and fixed it in about 35 minutes. He was courteous,kind and knowledgeable. While he was working,I looked up the customers’ reviews and a little bit disappointed,because the reviews weren’t as good as I expected. I don’t know about the company itself,however my experience with Brandon was excellent and that’s why I gave him 5 stars. Thank you Brandon and have a blessed rest of your day!!

We were told that they’d send someone out for us today at 9:00 AM, but when I called for an ETA they didn’t remember us; and when they did find out who we were, they said it would be in an 11 ’o clock window. When I brought this up, the woman I spoke to (Kenille Barton) was rude and laughed at me for calling at 9:04 about a 9:00 appointment. The man who helped us with our warranty claim, Michael, provided excellent service! But as for the office, communication needs to be better.

- JDJessica DavisMar 7, 20211.0I have not used this company in a professional capacity, however I also would never because I was trying to make a right turn out of creekwood subdivision (maple wood dr on to slaughter rd) and this huge work van as I was pulling out passed me and turned right, right in front of me, the work van had no proper tag so I couldn’t get the number and almost caused a wreck with my children in the car. As I approached the light at slaughter road and 72 the van was pulling into the mapco gas station. All that just to go a few miles and be right where I was. Not to mention it’s a Sunday and the business says it’s closed on Sunday so they were not serving a custom. Unprofessional behavior in a company vehicle I cannot image what these people are like to work with so I will never consider this company in the future.
