- PRP ReedusNov 7, 20255.0We noticed a water stain on the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom and thought it was coming from the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. Nate from Scott plumbing came and he immediately diagnosed the problem. The water stain was actually coming from the upstairs toilet. Nate got to work and fixed the upstairs toilet. He discovered that a bolt was missing and another was not attached. He replaced the wax ring, put new bolts on the toilet, installed a new flusher because the old one had issues cutting off after a flush. Nate explained that a bad flusher can cause the wax ring to go bad. We couldn't be more pleased with Nate at Scott Plumbing. Not only that, Nate replaced a water line on the downstairs toilet. The old one had no cut-off handle. He cleaned up everything when he finished. Scott Plumbing is also very reasonable. If you need a plumber, call them.

He efficiently fixed my problem and then educated me on what happened, and gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. He and his assistant were very careful in taking up my bathmats, and they even asked for a rags to clean up the water that was on the floor. I have never had anyone from a plumbing company do this. He is very good and I will definitely call them back next week for a very big project I need completed. Jay and Scott’s Plumbing are very dependable. I have used them before and I will always call them from my plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone.

The technician spent most of the day finding and fixing the leak. He was courteous and explained what he found and how he was going to fix it. He also took time to put the soil/sod back in place. I definitely give him and Scott Plumbing 5 stars and will use them for future plumbing repairs/projects!
