The two gentlemen in the store (my apologies for not remembering your names) were so nice and found me a piece. I feel like they really did go above and beyond bc they made that scrap piece feel like I was buying ac whole room. They asked for sizing and let me see different sample sizes to make sure they could accommodate. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you both!

The install team was amazing: carpet removal, clean up, install the flooring (1 room), and install 1/4 round trim. That took 3 hours for a team of 2. It would have taken me at least 8 even with a friend to help! Couple that with good products and prices, this place will be getting more business from me!

We bought flooring for our house a year ago and I’ve called and left messages several times but the manager will not return my calls to even hear my concerns and get a resolution. Our carpet is pulling everywhere and we’re not happy. Obviously they’re not interested in customer service since they can’t even return a phone call. That’s just bad business. I would not recommend or use them again. There’s plenty of other places around Huntsville that I’m sure would treat their customers better.
