- BRBeate RussellDec 22, 20251.0A full kitchen remodel started November 5, 2025. Today is December 22, 2025 and I have no kitchen sink or Stovetop to use. Thanksgiving cost a fortune to take 20 people to eat and stay in a rented facility. Now I am looking at Christmas with the same problem, unacceptable ! You use a company that is closed for the holidays and don't know it (Backsplash). The cabinet installers are supposed to be back, but have not seen or heard from them. Finance was set up via Wells Fargo and I'm paying for unfinished jobs!!!!
- CJCasey JonasNov 13, 20251.0The installer cut more than an inch out of my wooden floor that didn't need removal. He also cut wainscoting/trim that didn't need removal, leaving a gap. He left the job unfinished, with cabinets on either side of the stove uneven by over an inch and said "that's the best I can do." I had someone fix it and it took them 10 minutes. He also demanded I pay him $50 cash for extra work he had to do. He left the cabinet boxes/his food trash on my porch because he "didn't do trash cleanup." Cabinets to Go never did anything about it despite being made aware of the situation.

Kayla was very competent and did a great job replacing my cabinets without even seeing my kitchen; she was able to quickly draw them up in her design program even before she sent the crew out to measure. These are not custom cabinets, these are stock cabinets. I wouldn't expect them to last as long, but they don't cost as much either. If I had kept the house I would have paid for custom cabinets, however cabinets have become so trendy that the new owners of my house will probably want to replace them in 10 years (when white goes out of style and something else is popular) so I believe I made a good choice.
