The owners, Jim and Beth did the inspection and stated that the material of the shingles were deteriorating where I thought the roof had mold. They showed me where the roof had damage and took the time to explain to me the different quality of shingles and what happens over time. What C and K offers and guarantees was a no brainer to sign a contract to get my roof replaced. My roof has been installed and I am thrilled. It is beautiful and quality of workmanship is visible. They fixed if something needed to be fixed or repaired. I highly recommend C and K for your roofing and construction needs….thank you Jim and Beth for your time and attention to my roofing concerns and needs!

Their team worked tirelessly through the weekend to get our project completed. They communicated everything every step of the way from the time materials would be delivered to the time the project would be finished. I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. I didn’t know Jim, Beth and Brian when we started but felt like we ended as friends that I can talk to and call for future questions and projects.
