  My husband and I are looking to have our water pipes completely replaced throughout our house and are In the process of getting estimates. We called Around The Clock Plumbing. I would just like to say that from the people who answer their phones and scheduled the estimate to the technician Ken coming out to give it, all were very courteous and Ken was professional & answered all my questions & concerns.

  James is a subject matter expert and is a genius at his craft. I would use him every day of the week and twice on Sunday!! He provides the best service and skilled knowledge. This is the second time he has come to provide a service and I am so glad that I have a master plumber that I can depend on. Around the Clock Plumbing is a company I would use again and again and recommend highly.

  I called Around the Clock this morning because my septic system was backing up and I thought we needed our tank pumped. Two guys were here within 3 hours. They realized the problem was not that it needed to be pumped, but that we had a clog. They left so one of them could go to another assignment and Taylor came back with the right tools for the job. He fixed our clog and was gone before the end of the day. The clog fix was less than half the cost of pumping the tank. They could have told me I needed both done, but instead were honest and professional. I would definitely recommend Around the Clock and specifically Taylor and his co-worker (whose name I didn’t get.)

  Mark showed up with a quick response time, worked on the problem and got us up and running again before day was done. Kept us informed throughout the process. Only issue, maybe, is the price kept rising, more things discovered as day went on, and extra cost for inspecting crawlspace , where water was coming from.

  I received instant help from Michael aka "Goat" for my plumbing issues last weekend, 2/7/2026. Goat arrived within 20-25 minutes of me calling dispatch and I was honestly very impressed considering it was a Saturday and I was not expecting to be helped so quickly. Goat was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he helped me with my issue instantly. Great professional service, overall! Thank you Goat and thank you ATP for being open all days of the week! I highly recommend ATP.
