He did not try to upsale me. I feel the service fee was very fair for what we received. This company is definetly my go to HVAC company.

I thought the price was very reasioable considering it was Sunday. They installed this unit 13 years ago and they are the only ones that have worked on it. I will use them again and I highly recomend them.
