  Justin did a great job. Found the electrical short and bypassed it by running new wiring. Very polite young man, professional. Knew his work efficiently. Let us know what he was doing at each step. Cleaned up the work areas when he completed.

  I tried Xcalibur on cleaning out a vanity drain. The job was done fine. The technician came out said the cost would be $380.00 to do the work. I agreed to it not wanting to start again with another company. The job probably took about 15 minutes.I will be looking for a different company next time.

  I really wanted to like this company because everyone I spoke to was so nice. However, if you are having plumbing issues, I would not use them. We have had the same problem with our plumbing for over a year now. We have had countless people come out from Xcalibur to look at the problem and we have paid them almost $3,000 in total and nothing has been fixed. The first encounter was in December of 2024. I even paid for the VIP service because I was told that the VIP would help us get quicker appointments. We paid every quote we were given, and we did everything Xcalibur recommended. We even got our septic tank cleaned out unnecessarily because they recommended it. I first became frustrated with Xcalibur in January of 2025, because we had so many people come out and everyone assured us that the problem was fixed when they left. At that time, we were quoted $2,335 to fix the problem that we had been assured was already fixed. I wanted to use another company because I felt like we were getting the run around, but Xcalibur assured me that this would fix our problem. I was told that the company stands by their work and that they offer a warranty on their services. I reluctantly agreed to the work because they were so nice and I trusted them at their word. We were told everyone who had come out before from their company did not know what they were doing, but this plumber was the "fixer" and would make everything right. When I asked for a copy of the warranty, I was emailed a copy of the invoice only. Over a year later, and the problem is still not fixed. We had someone come out last week from Xcalibur, because the problem resurfaced yet again. Not only is there not a warranty on the work done by Xcalibur, but we paid almost $400 for a camera to be run (for a second time by Xcalibur). We were then provided a verbal quote for well over $10,000.00. I was again told that everyone who had come out before had no idea what they were doing but THIS would be the fix. The suggested quote included going through concrete and ripping our floors up. The flooring work was not included in the quote. At this point I have lost trust in Xcalibur as they have repeatedly told me the same thing over and over, and they do not seem to want to stand by their work. The quotes have gone up in price significantly for the same problem we have had since the beginning. The $400 we paid last week (on top of the money we have paid to them previously) did nothing, because only a few days later the problem was back. I called another company and they came out quickly and they were incredibly professional. Everything Xcalibur failed to do in over a year has been fixed in only a few hours and around $750. Edit: While I appreciate the very nice and quick response, a return phone call would be more appreciated. I have called twice with no return call. We paid everything we were quoted which included the “long term fix.” The implication that we took the inexpensive, quick route based “on our needs at the time” is simply incorrect.

  I cannot say enough great things about this Xcalibur! From the moment I called, their customer service rep, Maya (sp) was professional, friendly, and responsive. They scheduled me quickly which was truly appreciated. The technician (Tanner Barron) was awesome! He was knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and took the time to engage with my dog Luka! Everything was handled with honesty and integrity. (Just like their radio commercials!) Tanner takes pride in his work and that, too, stood out. Great company. Great work. Many thanks!

  I was a first time caller and spoke with a real person, not a robot. There was a rapid f/u scheduling call and then the tech was on his way within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised to get a morning appointment. Technician An was courteous, sounded knowledgeable, and seemed ready to proceed with the job as he understood it. We discussed Xcalibur’s various programs as he worked and again he was very knowledgeable about various services. The installation resulted in a basement space that was brightly and directionally illuminated versus the rather poorly lit space that existed before An removed the old fixture and installed the new one my husband provided. Will use them again.
