He took his time .. didn't pencil whip the inspection and we proactively were able to stop a possible catastrophic situation. Great job KC. The whole team at Xcalibur are amazing. Fantastic communication from scheduling to deep dive warranty (they got me $$ back from Trane). Thanks to the whole team.

The repair men showed up on time and after evaluating the service needed, I was advised about what had to be done. I was then told it would take a couple of hours and I was given the price. In a couple of hours the servicing was complete. This company always performs up to my expectations and I am completely confident in their work and expertise. Well done!

The home warranty would not cover it so I had no choice but to pay $300+ considering i need the kitchen sink due to having a newborn in the home. 2 months later the SAME exact issue occurred. I called them back because they claim to be 24 hours and it should be a warranty fix. So I'm being told they will not be able to come out until the next day with a ridiculous window between the hours of 1-6pm. This is TERRIBLE customer service
