    I needed to replace an accent light located under my kitchen cabinet. These are basically a small narrow box that contain a strip of LED lights that are wired into the fixture and attached under the cabinet. They sell for a little less than $40. I received a quote for $ 1,362.00 for replacing one light. I was floored by the quote. I had to pay $89 for the service call.

    I had a flex pipe repaired last summer and suspected I had a leak somewhere in my ductwork. At that time there wasn’t a way to look without removing the insulation around the ductwork. Xcalibur now has a camera they can insert into the ductwork. I called Monday evening and Loren arrived Tuesday morning. He located 3 holes and discovered that the flex pipe had fallen. I decided to have the ducts cleaned and repaired. Loren had his crew there within a few hours. Everything has been taken care of. The crew was very nice and helpful. I learned a lot about how my HVAC system works. Very helpful and absolutely a pleasure to speak to! Additional services were offered but no pressure to buy them. I like being able to make my own decisions and being treated respectfully. Thank you!

    David is the BEST!!! Always so pleasant to talk to & explains things so well, efficient with work, respectful in every way. A very nice job done!!! Thank you David!!! Also, the phone staff Tonya, Mattie & Mia. So sweet, polite & informative. Rex is awesome!!! It's wonderful to have someone who's following up with you & not pushing for a sale, but will give you options to best suit your needs, both work to be done & financially. I've been exceeding pleased with Xcalibur!!! Ben (the owner) & his staff treat you with respect, just like they would want to be treated. Keep up the ads, I really enjoy them!!!

    I called Xcalibur to fix my heating unit during one of the coldest weekends in January. Tim came out and was absolutely fantastic! He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue immediately, gave me a clear estimate, and was very understanding of my financial situation, only advising on necessary repairs for my older unit. Tim also introduced me to their membership service to keep my system running smoothly. He is an example of integrity—he even took his shoes off before entering, which I really appreciated. I will definitely have Xcalibur on speed dial for future issues!

    The technician came and diagnosed the problem. When he was explaining the costing and reasoning for those costs, I was asked if I wanted to get a membership. I contemplated it and asked if one of the larger amount charges was necessary to fix the heating issue and was told no. Because I didnt have to afford the larger cost, I chose the membership, and signed for it. Once he started on the repairs, he came and told me that I did have to do the larger costing repair in order to have heat due to a switch that he turned off had to be turned back on again and that couldnt be accomplished without replacing it. There was some confusion with what he was explaining and it got the point of frustration. I told him to go ahead and do the repair. Once he left with the work complete and paid for, he left my back fence gate open without telling me he even had to use it. I let my dog outside, not even worrying about a gate and he got out and ran away. It took me over an hour to find him. All in all, I felt like I was backed into a corner with having to pay for the larger cost repair after I had been told it wasnt necessary and already paid for a membership.
