Discovered the previous night, I called George Plumbing based upon a recommendation of a trusted friend in the repair area. These technicians called and let us know they were on the way at 8:00 am just like the intake person the night before stated. When they got to the house they asked if they needed to take their shoes off or wear shoe covers. Upon a thorough review of the situation, they discovered the issue was a cap on a spigot that froze. While a new cap would be a temporary fix, Josh and Rusty took the spigot apart and discovered it could be fixed with a replacement part. What we were afraid of being a costly repair was a minor issue and fixed in less than an hour. Awesome! The best part, these guys were trustworthy. They could have taken me for a lot but they were honest. We will definitely use them in the future. In fact, we joined the company’s maintenance program since we have lived in our home for 21 years. I can say with confidence we found our plumber!
