  We had a great experience with this company! Cameron Clayton and Dillon Holcomb repaired our sink, vanity, and toilet, and truly went above and beyond what was expected. The team was professional, communicated clearly about the plan and the work being done, and made sure everything was completed the right way. Even scheduling was impressive—when I called, they were quick to respond and had an appointment set within just a couple of hours. It’s hard to find that kind of prompt, reliable service these days. Highly recommend!

  Had an emergency leak under sink and before could schedule the appointment plumber was in my drive way. Even replaced my sink with new one. Very affordable couldn’t have asked for a better plumber

  Great communication between all parties. Casey was fantastic, I was a bit apprehensive about all the work that needed done but Casey was quick, very polite and respectful, knowledgeable, and I know this may be an odd compliment but for me its high remarks, so let me say that he was efficient. I would recommend, and I would use again.

  These guys have helped me out twice now...The first time was to correct a major problem that Roto Rooter had failed to fix....They figured out what the problem was(and it was difficult!) and their team came in and made it correct and waited on litigation with Roto Rooter for payment...So the next problem was a drain leak in the wall and they did the job timely and put everything back together like it never happened...Casey was so pleasant to deal with and made a bad situation comical at best. I won't ever use anyone else now...Thanks Machen Plumbing for being my go to!!

  They were very prompt, keeping to their appointment without any trouble. They took our issue seriously and even tried to get to us ahead of time. The plumber Alex knew his craft and got everything taken care of very quickly while providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend and we will be utilizing their services any time we're in need of a plumber.
