I was supposed to get indoor/outdoor carpet installed for free. I went to the store and brought home samples. I did not like any of them which were remnant carpets. The remnant carpet didn’t bother me but the customer service did. I called 3 times and my call was never returned. The customer service is poor and the installation was worse. I will never buy anything else from this store.
