The manufacturer’s only solution was for me to drive it all the way to Pensacola for service — completely unreasonable for a brand-new, clearly defective product. This store sold me faulty equipment and took zero responsibility. Terrible customer service and no accountability. I’ll never shop here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
