- JUJennifer UptainDec 11, 20251.0Unfortunately I must have caught the 2 ladies at the front having a terrible day. I knew what I needed but did not know if they carried it. It seemed like a chore for them to have to look at me, much less talk to me. And when they did it was with exasperation & were condescending. I was the only person in the front, so not a crowd & they seemed to be just chatting. I ended up getting to talk to a guy in the back who stated they did not carry what I needed. I did talk to a glass shop in Sheffield after that who also did not carry what I needed, but their customer service was outstanding. I would not be using Hendrix even if they had what I needed, the 2 women at the front counter treated me like I was less than & was condescending. I would go anywhere else.
