They sent someone out quickly and the problem seems to be resolved so far. The only concern I have after the repair is that the repairman left a trench in the yard where he was working. I would like to have had that filled back in.

- JBJeanette BerrymanDec 10, 20255.0We woke to the sound of running water coming through our floor vents. Immediately called Crouch & Sons for help, but they were fully booked that day. So we called another plumbing company. That fellow arrived, went into the crawl space, spent a while down there, but performed no work. He said they needed to send another crew to inspect the situation (the next day) and that they probably needed to replace ALL our copper pipes with PVC! We declined that offer and immediately called Crouch & Sons again. They were able to send Matt & Cheese to our house early the next day. They went into the crawl space, easily found the one (and only!) leak, and repaired it quickly. They also inspected everything and said the existing pipes are sound! We are so fortunate to have Crouch & Sons in our area. They are honest, dependable, knowledgeable and skilled. Every interaction with this company through many years has been a pleasure.
