From the moment they arrived, the guys were professional and courteous. They quickly assessed the problem, explained the repair process and got to work right away.

Needed some plumping moved for a kitchen sink, a hot water heater swapped for a tankless gas hot water heater, and two small bathrooms plumping changed out from metal plumbing to newer and they quoted me $14000!! I got two other quotes and the next place quoted me $3500 and the one I went with was $2500. To say the least, he WAY overpriced me plus he was very rude. He said it was not a good idea to use a gas tankless hot water heater and that if something messed up on it that no one would want to work on it for me. Also, told me I wouldn’t get a better price than what he quoted me. It took the plumbers two days or 12 hours to complete the job I had him come out at quote. Will not use them again after this experience.

Crouch and Sons took care of all this with a very acceptable result, in quality, speed, and great attitude. I highly recommend them.
