- MGMichael G.Oct 28, 20255.0I called Hammett Well Service on Tuesday October 28th 2025 because of no water coming from Deep Well to House....Jason and Joseph came out before lunch and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes....the Pressure Switch had failed so they turned the power off and replaced the switch in less than 10 minutes !!....Jason and Joesph were very Professional and friendly and answered every question I had about Deep Wells and what usually goes wrong with them..My family including Grandfather, Uncle, and Cousins have always used Hammett for Well over 40 years....If YOU need Deep well Service take my word for it and call Hammett Drilling Service and you will rest better at night !!

Not only are they unable to provide any services in a timely manner, but they are also incompetent when it comes to offering quotes for any services. They have a completely unhelpful person answering the phone who knows nothing, and for over a year, I've been told stories about how someone would contact me to provide a quote for a simple task — one that is supposedly their area of expertise. Yet, nothing ever happens. Stay away from this company and don’t waste your time.
