- TATitus AdamsDec 4, 20245.0Don't look anywhere else for rental equipment. Call United Rentals. They have everything from trailor mounted HVAC units to load banks. Along with every peice of construction equipment anyone or business could ever need.
- RHRandy HallApr 1, 20221.0Terrible experience, rented backhoe for a week. Unit began leaking hydraulic fluid on Friday at 9am after 20 minutes of use. Took six hours for someone to come out and repair. Used backhoe for another 3 hours and hydraulic fluid began leaking again. Called Tech and was told that "I would be charged out the butt for a weekend repair", once Tech arrived and realized it was the equipment he apologized several times. Tech advised he couldn't fix it and it would take weeks to repair. I helped the Tech to get the backhoe ready for pickup. Backhoe was picked up Monday and I never received a phone call again. The following Thursday while still waiting for a phone call I was charged the full amount on my credit card. I called (Friday)United Rentals and was told that the Service Manager had said I was done with the backhoe. I told them I wasn't done with backhoe I had only used it for 3 hours plus, they then advised they would deliver the backhoe if I would give them another credit card number. I refused to give them a card. Terrible communications with company would not recommend. Very expensive 3 hour use of backhoe, I don't know what I could have done different, very frustrating.
