- KPKylie Pollard2 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible experience with Chris and this company! Both were unprofessional, un organized, and the lack of communication is mind blowing! We had a repair done on our garage and then after a few days we realized our garage door was not repaired correctly because it would get stuck halfway and then we would have to press the button again. Chris was sent videos and texts of this as well as multiple phone calls to him and the company and nobody ever got back with us. Now a few weeks after not hearing anything our whole garage door has come off the track and our cars are trapped. Chris was called and he did not answer, then he was texted which his read receipts showed he read and then when I went to call again it went straight to voicemail…I’m guessing I am blocked or his phone was turned off which regardless is unacceptable! Please save yourself time and money and use another company! This is the state of our garage door and we will be trapped like this for the remainder of the weekend!

Their crew consists of a father son duo that are a literal joke. They do not have the knowledge or training to do half of what they are assigned if they even show up. Their salesman Grey is probably one of the biggest liars I have ever met. He is supposed be knowledgeable of his products but doesn’t know the first thing about them. We have been waiting over a year for the install of our fireplace to be completed. Management is terrible. Owners are even worse. If you don’t want to train or educate your employees, at least take ownership when they make a mistake. This is a warning. Do not use this company. They want your money, they do not care about quality or customer satisfaction. They have been very disappointing to deal with. Do not give them your money. There are better companies in the area. I wish I had been warned. Choose wisely.
