    My thermostat went out on a really cold day and had no heat. I called them and they quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new one at a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional. If any other problems arise I will definitely be using them again. Thank you very much.

    Once they started my HVAC installation, they showed up on time each day until it was completed. I had two units installed, one of the two units was a total system install. They were very knowledgeable and professional . The completed job was very neat/organized and it has been operating great so far. I would recommend the William's brothers for your HVAC needs!

    Williams Heating and Cooling does fantastic work for a fair price and in a reasonable time frame. These gentlemen are truly the full package. We had another company look at our issue and quote us $1500 to fix a furnace control board. I reached out to Williams heating and cooling for a second opinion and they got my family fixed up with working heat for about a third of the other companies quote and very quickly! I will be calling them for our future need and will highly encourage anyone needing hvac work to give them a call! Thank you again, Alex

    On the recomendation of my neighbor, I contacted Williams Heating and Cooling 7 years ago. What a supprise. Two brothers who go beyond expections in their work and they are extremely fair with their pricing. Very rare these days. See for yourself and call them for all your heating and cooling needs. You will be happy you did.

    After problems with the old unit for several years, Williams replaced it in 2022. I have been completely satisfied with their work and the new system. They also added a vent which now provides year round comfort in my sunroom. This month, the fan motor in the attic quit. Williams made time in their schedule to replace it even while I wasn’t home. This part was under warranty-thanks to Jason and Michael’s attention to detail with the original paperwork! The prompt service and personal care given by these two knowledgeable men are my guarantee that I have the BEST HVAC service in North Alabama!
